Your Southdown Liberal Democrat Councillors are Paul Crossley and Dine Romero. They are dedicated to working hard for Southdown and its residents The Council ward of Southdown serves the communities of Southdown, most of Whiteway and part of Kingsway.

Councillor Paul Crossley
Councillor Paul Crossley is Leader of the Lib Dem Group on Bath and North East Somerset Council. He is married with 3 children and lives in Bath.
Paul worked in the IT industry for 30 years. He was first elected in the Southdown ward in 1988, and has been serving as Councillor since being re-elected in 1999. He was leader of the Council from 2002 to 2007.
Paul is privileged to have had the opportunity to serve the people of Southdown, and strives to bring improvements to the local area, ensuring the Council delivers its services whilst providing best value for council tax payers.
Paul has served as a governor at Southdown Infant School since 1990 and has twice been chair of governors. He is also currently Chair of the LINK Specialist Behaviour School. He is active in community groups - the local PACT (Partners and Communities Together) and Friends of Roundhill. He is a member of the Bath City Farm. He supports both Bath Rugby and Bath City.

Councillor Dine Romero
Councillor Dine Romero lives in Bath with her partner and 3 children. She has been a councillor for Southdown since 2003.
She aims to make a positive contribution to Southdown by continuing projects and issues already started such as improving communication between young and older residents, and improving Mount Road shopping area. She hopes to ensures Bath maintains world heritage status, but also to make sure the areas outside of the city centre are included.
