New bus shelter victory for Southdown residents

After months of campaigning, Southdown Liberal Democrat Councillors Dine Romero and Paul Crossley, along with Southdown residents, are celebrating the arrival of a brand new bus shelter opposite Haycombe Cemetery.

Cllr Paul Crossley, (Southdown; Lib Dem) says:

"After months of campaigning, and with the support of local people and the media, we are delighted that we have our new bus shelter. In future I hope that Adshell will replace any damaged shelters far quicker."

Local Councillors and residents have highlighted their campaign for a new shelter outside Haycombe Cemetery through the media and local newsletters. The shelter was damaged several months ago.
